P.T. Hilbed Ortbora Torindo is a national company established in April 2008 under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Ratna S. Torar, the Managing Director and founder of the company, an Indonesian citizen, was born in New Delhi, India, and was raised and lived in Manila, Phillippines, Prague, Czechoslovakia, and Washington DC, USA, where she completed and obtained a degree in Business Management.
Her professional experience of more than 25 years consist of working for a multi-national oil company in Human Resources where she gained 20 years of extensive knowledge and expertise in Expatriate Management serving more than a hundred expatriates and impatriates assigned on international assignments.
Her knowledge expertise on the subject of relocation including Indonesian Government regulations, rules, and regulations, other formalities documentations, contacts with the government offices, international schools, property housing market, etc, will benefit the future expatriate so that the relocation process will be a smooth transition.
Since she had lived and raised abroad, she had herself experienced the importance of an expatriate relocation service company to assist in a smooth transition to a new country.
